Riesling - Moselle, Germany

AdobeStock_199901457.jpeg

The land along the Moselle River, together with its vineyards, is famous as Germany’s oldest wine producing region. Highly aromatic grapes are able to mature during the cool, damp summers on steep slopes and in the stinted slate soils that are typical for the region.

These natural conditions are ideal for forming the fine acidity of the Riesling.

In our cellar, located on the Middle Moselle, we use only organically cultivated grapes from selected hillside vineyards to create our limited-production local wine.

Riesling, Landwein der Mosel

Macerated for one day, carefully pressed by hand, fermented and aged for 2 years in wooden barrel.

Dry. 100% Riesling
